Middle-Class Family With Upper-Class Problems

We are all living in a world of crisis. Some have a health crisis or some have a mental crisis. Well, a middle-class family has many such problems. In simple terms they are the class that pays the most tax yet are the ones that receive the least amount of benefits. Middle-class people are neither rich nor poor. The people of middle-class families are like machines running our nations but still end up with the same social status. 

Let's discuss a few problems. I strongly believe that a middle-class family is very much affected by corruption. A man who has retired years back is still struggling to provide for his family because the pension papers are not processed. A middle-class man has to save up regularly and it is highly possible that he is forced to spend more than he earns because of unusual circumstances. There are children who might not be aware of the family condition and then might be demanding. Even in such circumstances the father or the mother work twice as hard just to fulfil the "wants" of their children. Everyone faces problems, but the middle class are the most articulate, with their voices heard most. The rich don't believe in voicing their problems. Their money can buy them most of what they need. 

Quality of education is another problem a middle-class family faces in their daily lives. A decent education for their kids is something all parents think about. But most middle-class children have to do with Government schools and maybe no tuition unless it’s very cheap. Sometimes even with an excellent academic record, the best colleges are out of reach without a scholarship due to financial constraints. Health-related and Medical Problems are too high on this list of problems as well. Most middle-class people do not have medical insurance and in such times what if your child is diseased badly. Are you going to be able to deal with the fact that you cannot afford the best treatment for your child? 

Middle-class people are those who can dream big like everyone but cannot get the right things needed in order to achieve those dreams. Sacrifices are made daily just because you cannot afford proper education or important necessities. I hate the term ‘class’. Upper, middle, lower, backward, not backward, who decides? The way when you call a guy middle class, he believes he’s middle class, ordinary, plain, and nothing special. And herein lies the biggest hurdle, the biggest problem a middle-class man faces every single moment of his life. Middle-class families just need more confidence. I, at this point, do not have a solution to such problems but the least I can do is point out these problems and many others so that others know what is happening with these "middle-class" people.

"Gonna fly now, flying high now," and "Feelin' strong now, won't be long now."
