“I just want to sleep. A coma would be nice. Or amnesia. Anything, just to get rid of this, these thoughts, whispers in my mind. Did he rape my head, too?”. These are the kinds of thoughts that engulf and hover the victims mind each and every second after getting raped. To all the boys who molest and rape girls, is it fun? Do you consider yourself superior? Who gave you the right to do such a thing? The law for rape in India should be strengthened. Rape is one of the most terrible crimes on earth and it happens every few minutes. The problem with groups who deal with rape is that they try to educate women about how to defend themselves. What really needs to be done is teaching men not to rape. Go to the source and start there. Why is a girl told how to dress? Why is a girl told how to sit? I know why. Because of the perverts out there, the girls are unsafe. Rape is the fourth most common crime against women in India. According to the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) 2013 annual report, 24,923 rape cases were reported across India in 2012. Out of these, 24,470 were committed by someone known to the victim (98% of the cases).

India has been characterised as one of the countries with the lowest per capita rates of rape. A large number of rapes go unreported. The willingness to report the rape has increased in recent years after several incidents of rape received widespread media attention and triggered public protest. This led the Government of India to reform its penal code for crimes of rape and sexual assault. During the partition of India, some 100,000 women claimed to have been kidnapped and raped. Most men fear getting laughed at or humiliated by a romantic prospect while most women fear rape and death.

“They are all innocent until proven guilty. But not me. I am a liar until I am proven honest.” After a girl is raped, most of the girls suffer from depression and usually isolate themselves. They prefer staying alone and there have been reported cases about suicide too. Most men escape after raping or molesting a girl. Not all men are sexual predators but many are. 

A girl's pride is not in her virginity. She is raped by the body not the mind. If you know anyone who is raped or has been a part of molestation, please be a friend and be with them to help them during their troublesome times. 

So many hands during the act but none when the victim wants support? Here, from her ashes, you lay. A broken girl so lost in despondency that you know that even if she does find her way out of this labyrinth in hell, that she will never see, feel, taste, or touch life the same again

Do not get engaged in such an activity ever. Preach. You keep the title of 'president' even if you served only one term. The same goes for rapists. She is told all the things she shouldn’t have done: She shouldn’t have waited so long before going to the police. She shouldn’t have gotten rid of the clothes she was wearing. Shouldn’t have showered. Shouldn’t have drunk alcohol. Shouldn’t have put herself in that situation. Shouldn’t have gone into the room, up the stairs, given him the impression. If only she hadn’t existed, then none of this would have happened, why didn’t she think of that?
All those rapists out there think they're the superheroes. The difference is that with "rape" they don't wear a cape
