To observe one's own thoughts and feelings is not to turn the judgment inward, either, but to pay attention to it so life can be better understood. It means to point our spiritual heart in its own direction, to harness the power of our highest self so that we may pour light on our problems and ease our troubled mind. "Who am I?" A question many of us are afraid to ask ourselves. A question which can have countless answers but not one answer is enough and we keep digging into our lives deeper and deeper. We, humans, have a really vexatious habit of comparing ourselves to others... What good does this do to us? We start getting jealous. Comparing leads to jealousy, jealousy leads to depression, depression leads to isolation and what's next? Possibly death. A living body but a lifeless soul. Give this a thought. When you're in trouble with a group of people, you'll look out for your wellbeing first, right? That's human nature, isn't it? At crucial times we care for ourselves but what about the other times? We humans have a pathetic habit of poking our noses into others lives. Don’t worry if people think you’re crazy. You are crazy. You have that kind of intoxicating insanity that lets other people dream outside of the lines and become who they’re destined to be. People will talk about you, people will criticize you, people will also bully and abuse but the main question which arises from this is who are these "people"? These people also have an individual life too.  Why does a person have to live in someone else's past? Who are we to judge someone? Stop living in someone else's past and start living your present to build a beautiful future. A person will bully with the attention of gaining attention with his or her nasty acts. A person starts to crib when he or she doesn't have that one thing which the other person has. Self-reflection is not possible by living someone else's life. Be a maverick. Be original. Be yourself. The problem with our world is that the intelligent people are full of doubts and the stupid people are full of confidence. Are you born for someone else? Are you serving God by doing good deeds or are you serving other people by pleasing them? Ask these questions to yourself and you'll know your true self. Time is what we spend our lives with. If we are not careful we find others spending it for us. . . . It is necessary now and then for a man to go away by himself and experience loneliness; to sit on a rock in the forest and to ask of himself, 'Who am I, and where have I been, and where am I going?'.  If one is not careful, one allows diversions to take up one's time the stuff of life.

Social media is eating up the time we have with our loved ones. Get out of this trap or this demon will exploit your reality in a magical way. All of us, at some point, do stuff and make mistakes were not proud of. We don't talk about them but those mistakes are going to eat us alive inside our heads if we keep them a secret. A pencil and an eraser go hand in hand. If you make a mistake while writing then the eraser can help you to undo it and move ahead. Life is the pencil and a few people around you are the erasers. It's time we self-reflect. It's time we let our past go. Let bygones be bygones. Sometimes holding on does more damage than letting go. Stop trying to be less of who you are. Let this time in your life cut you open and drain all of the things that are holding you back. It's now or never. After you cross a certain age its difficult to come out of your shell. If your own life is sorted then help others. Who hasn't asked himself, am I a monster or is this what it means to be human? Why does a simple gossip excite you? Is it so funny to make a mockery of someone? Are you yourself perfect? Who are you to judge someone? Pass comments if you're perfect, if not then it is better to remain quiet. People who have had little self-reflection live life in a huge reality blind-spot. A real man smiles in trouble, gathers strength from distress and grows brave by reflection.
